Important Update Regarding the Door Replacement Schedule
Last week residents were sent notice regarding the door replacement project currently happening at Fayette Court Condominium. Unfortunately, due to some unforseen complications with the doors, the installation will be pushed back by at least a week. Residents will be given further information and instruction when an updated schedule is received from the contractor.

Update on FCC Hallway Renovation Project

Dear Residents:
FCC’s Hallway Renovation Project will start the week of December 19th. Additional details and instructions will follow in a letter to each unit and to all of the owners who live off-site.
The FCC Board wants you to know the following:
- The Hallway Renovation Project will include the following updates:
- New doors for each unit (painted, with new hardware, locks and keys);
- New hallway light fixtures;
- Removal of ladders;
- Repairing of window sills;
- Painting trim and entire hallways.
- Tripp Contracting will perform this work building-by-building.
- The estimated time for work completion is 3 days per building.
- They will start with building #706 the week of December 19th.
- PLEASE NOTE: A key for each individual unit door will be needed for the contractors to remove the old doors and install the new doors. Please begin considering how you want to provide your key. You have several options:
- Leave the key with a neighbor in your building;
- Be home when the contractors come to your building;
- Leave a copy of your key with CSI.
- CSI will be providing more detailed information and instructions, as well as the building renovation schedule in the coming days. Please be on the look-out for this information in a mailing. The same information will also be provided on your building bulletin board and left at your unit door.

Annual Homeowners Meeting
The Fayette Court Unit Owners Association will conduct their Annual Meeting on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at 7:00 pm in the Board Meeting Room of 702 S Fayette St. Registration will begin at 6:30pm.
Elections will be held to fill two vacancies created by expiring terms and resignations.
We encourage participation and welcome owner involvement in our community!
